BREAK FREE sets the first impulse within POWER & FREEDOM. Gold, charcoal and crypto condense into three forms of energy: value, tension and awareness. Between FOCUS and FREE, movement rises. A golden bull breaks through the darkness, carrying strength, ascent and determination into space. Shine becomes intention. Energy gains direction. As the light changes, so does the perception of the work. By day, structure, pressure and presence define the composition. In darkness, movement emerges as luminous information. DESCRIPTION
BREAK FREE is more than a painting – it is a visual manifesto of strength, independence, and the courage to step beyond imposed limits.
The work merges acrylic, photoluminescent ink, collage, charcoal, art gold leaf, and predominantly genuine 23-karat gold leaf with original cryptocurrency coins. Each material serves intent: the brilliance of gold symbolizes value and sovereignty, while charcoal introduces an ironic dual meaning. In German, “Kohle” means both coal and money – a subtle linguistic play that connects energy, economy, and creative power.
In the lower part of the composition, the golden inscription BREAK FREE radiates energy. Above it, the 3D word FOCUS asserts precision, while the upper section is crowned by FREE. A rising stock-market curve, drawn in charcoal, leads the eye upward – toward the iconic golden Charging Bull, a timeless emblem of growth and determination.
By day, gold and collage elements express tangible value and material tension. By night, photoluminescent details awaken: the chart glows, lines ignite, and the artwork transforms into a second luminous dimension.
BREAK FREE approaches freedom not as escape, but as conscious direction. The work examines growth, value, and ambition as psychological forces shaped by discipline, awareness, and intention.

CONCEPT & PERCEPTION
BREAK FREE connects material and symbolic forms of value with a movement toward freedom. On the deep-black surface structured with charcoal, gold, currencies, cryptocurrencies and photoluminescent elements converge. Charcoal carries a deliberate double meaning: it refers to a classical artistic material while “Kohle” is also a German expression for money. Value thus becomes material, language and meaning at the same time.
A clear movement develops from this structure. BREAK FREE sets the impulse. FOCUS concentrates the energy. FREE defines the direction. A steeply rising stock-market curve drawn in charcoal leads the gaze upward, while the golden Charging Bull brings movement, strength and determination into the composition. Genuine 23-karat gold, art gold, real cryptocurrency coins and representations of different currencies connect material value with the question of which form of value actually creates freedom. As the light fades, the information within the work changes. The stock-market curve begins to glow, structures emerge differently and the movement gains a second visual layer. BREAK FREE stands at the beginning of POWER & FREEDOM. The impulse emerges where energy becomes decision and freedom gains direction.

A STATEMENT ON AUTHENTICITY AND ARTISTIC AUTHORITY
K-NY defines authenticity through intention, authorship and structure. Every work carries the trace of its origin and occupies a precise position within a defined artistic system. Authority is not imposed. It is composed through consistency, responsibility and artistic control. Each work remains connected to its origin, its logic and its place within the architecture.
K-NY POSITION: CERTIFICATES & CONTROL
K-NY operates through structure. Each work exists within a defined system of authenticity, responsibility and curatorial control. Its Certificate of Authenticity is individually numbered, linked to the official K-NY code and registered within the internal archive, ensuring that the origin of every work remains traceable independent of ownership or location. Only registered works are recognized as authentic originals. K-NY retains the rights for archiving, reproduction and exhibition of all works, while sales, loans and resales are documented rather than controlled. K-NY does not produce. It releases. Every work remains part of that architecture.
AUTHENTICITY & ARCHIVING
Each work within a Cluster is a unique piece within a closed system of five works. Every artwork is personally signed, numbered and assigned an official K-NY code by Kiéra Nagy (K-NY). Identification appears handwritten on the reverse of the canvas and is complemented by a signed curatorial label, also placed on the reverse. All works are registered within the K-NY Archive and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity. No reproductions or editions exist.
NIGHT COLORS. ILLUMINATION IN THE DARK.
K-NY does not disappear at night. It transforms. Photoluminescent elements charged through daylight, artificial light or blacklight activate another state of the work as darkness emerges. What appeared controlled and silent by day can become luminous, unstable or psychologically charged at night. The work no longer exists as a fixed image, but operates through transformation, memory and perception. Light is not used as an effect. It functions as structure, activation and language. The night does not repeat the artwork. It reveals another state of it.
